1. Returns

Return Process: Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase to request a return. We’ll provide instructions along with a return authorization reference.
Return Fees: As digital items are typically delivered instantly, returns are only granted if the tools haven’t been accessed or used.
2. Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may apply — for example, if the product was partially used or requested outside the 30-day period.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom solutions, services, final-sale bundles, and accessed digital downloads are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
3. Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different product, license level, or package, please follow the return process above. Upon approval and confirmation that the original license is unused, we’ll issue the replacement or offer an alternative product if availability is limited.
4. Defective or Inaccessible Products
If your product is inaccessible or doesn’t function as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll ensure a prompt replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-built solutions or consulting services.
Discounted or final-sale items.
